This half-term we are exploring numbers and shapes.

We will focus on:

• Reciting numbers past 5
• Developing fast recognition of up to 3 objects
• Showing finger numbers
• Identifying and exploring 2d shapes

Below are some examples of the learning opportunities that will support our exploration of numbers and shape this half-term.

We will also be linking our Maths learning into our 'Marvellous Me' topic through an exploration of where the children live.

We will be looking at photographs of the children's homes (thank you for kindly sharing these with us) and exploring the shapes, colours, patterns and numbers they can see.
