ParentPay

Please note that you cannot be issued with a Parentpay activation code until your child has started school, and all information requested has been manually loaded onto the system.  Therefore at busy times, such as the start of term, there will be a delay in allocating log in codes to new pupils.  Please ensure that your child has a packed lunch until you receive your details. Please also help us by providing an email address which you regularly check.

Payment for Hot Meals, including Christmas and Celebration Meals

Bookings and payments for all hot school meals must be made via the ParentPay system. Meals must be booked in advance, with the cut off time being midnight on Tuesday for the following week. After this date, no meals can be booked for the following week. Please ensure you make a note of your child's meals at the time of booking as, no meal bookings can be viewed after the cut off time has passed.

Payments for hot school meals must be made at the time of booking. Refunds will be made via ParentPay on a half termly basis for all absences.

If you feel that your child may be entitled to free school meals, please get in touch as soon as possible, as we are unable to backdate these.  Free school meals children have the cost of a meal automatically pre-loaded onto their account, so that no payment is required when booking meals.  Special celebration meals are of course included for pupils registered for free school meals.

Consent and payment for school trips and activities

Consent and payment for school trips and activities requiring coach travel must be made via the ParentPay system. We will no longer be asking parents to complete a paper consent form as the required information can be collected via ParentPay.

Consent for local trips (e.g. walks around the local area) is collected annually via the for form completed at Parents Evening.

If you have any questions regarding ParentPay, please contact the Bursar via the school office.
