EYFS

  • In our EYFS the % of pupils achieving a ‘good level of development’ in 2016 was 68.3% an increase of 1.3% from 2015 (67%). This ).The national average in 2015 was 66% (60% in 2014).

  • The average total point score was 36.0 in 2016.  The national figure for 2015 was 34.3

KS1

  • Phonics

  • The % of pupils achieving the expected standard in their Phonics Tests results this year was 83.3%. Nationally the figure was 81%.

  • 98.4% of Y2 pupils are working at the expected level which is an increase from 96.5% the previous year.

KS1 SATs

  • The % of pupils achieving the new expected standard was above the Bucks % and National % in all four areas of Reading, Writing, Maths and Science.

  • In Reading 84% of pupils achieved at least the expected standard compared to 77% in Bucks placing us in the top 40% of schools and 74% nationally.

  • In Writing 77% of pupils achieved at least the expected standard compared to 65% in Bucks placing us in the top 40% of schools and 65% nationally.

  • In Maths 85.% of pupils achieved at least the expected standard compared to 72% in Bucks placing us in the top 20% of schools and 73% nationally.

  • In Science 84% of pupils achieved at least the expected standard compared to 82% in Bucks and 82% nationally

  • 74% of pupils achieved the expected standard in Reading, Writing and Maths compared to 60% in Bucks.

 

KS2

  • The % of pupils achieving the new expected standard was above the Bucks and national % in Reading and Maths but below in Writing.

  • In Reading 77.9% of pupils achieved at least the expected standard compared to 72% in Bucks and nationally 66% achieved the expected standard.

  • In Writing 48.1% of pupils achieved at least the expected standard compared to 71% in Bucks and nationally 74% achieved the expected standard.

  • In Maths 74% of pupils achieved at least the expected standard compared to 72% and nationally 70% achieved the expected standard.

  • In SPAG 75% of pupils achieved the expected standard compared to 76% in Bucks and 72%nationally.

  • 40.3% of pupils achieved the expected standard in Reading, Writing and Maths compared to 56% in Bucks and nationally 53% of pupils achieved the expected standard across all three areas.
