Golden sunlight warmed our final day,
challenges and activities await.
We celebrated an early birthday today,
chilling with all of our mates. 

We aimed our archery arrows sharp, held them true,
took leaps of faith to catch trapeze bars.
Climbing up rocky walls, confidence grew,
we never gave up, true superstars.

To end the day, we wandered down the shore,
quiet waves in the sunlight, calm before the storm.
Finding Isle of Wight blue we wanted more, 
running down the beach, we were finally warm.

Though incoming storms forced us to pack and leave,
Cut short a day before the end,
No grey or heavy clouds could make us grieve,
The memories made with each and every friend.
