An exciting new role for an experienced Administrator looking to make a difference.

Required full time to begin as soon as possible.

The role is for 39 weeks per annum (to include Staff Training Days) – Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week. Hours by arrangement within 8.30am-4.30pm.

Ranges: Bucks Pay Scale 2 Point 11 (£20,258) – Point 15 (£22766) pro rata

Stokenchurch Primary School seek to expand their dedicated administration support by appointing a new full-time, term-time only Administrator/Receptionist to join our small, friendly Office team.

The additional hours have been developed in line with our new streamlining of certain responsibilities across school by bringing them under the Administration Team’s umbrella. As such, this role will develop over time and thus requires a flexible, well-organised, experienced administrator (preferably with a strong background in a school office environment) with a professional, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. Strong competence in IT with Microsoft Office, email and accurate data management are essential. Experience in SIMS is highly desirable but training would be given for the right candidate.

Due to the nature of the role, confidentiality, diplomacy, speed & accuracy as well as good interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. We are looking for a candidate who appreciates the school’s ethos and commitment to offering outstanding opportunities to our children and will uphold the professional, first-class service we are proud to offer all parents, visitors and governors.

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Can think on their feet and adapt to changing priorities
  • Take pride in, and have ownership of their work
  • Can multi task/work at speed

We offer:

  • The opportunity to join our small, welcoming Office Team, offering supportive guidance
  • A fast-paced, interesting and varied role with the opportunity to play an important part in developing this
  • Training opportunities (where applicable)
  • Employee discounts and benefits under the Bucks Pay scheme
  • A well-resourced school where children are very respectful, considerate and well-behaved.

Deadline for applications: 1st July 2022

Interviews will be by arrangement.

Tours are welcomed.
