As part of their Science topic – All about animals, Year 1 had a very special visitor on Thursday. Mrs Smye’s dog, Willow, spent the morning with Beech and Birch, helping them to understand the difference between wild animals and pets. The children had a fabulous time, and it was evident from her waggy tail that Willow enjoyed herself too.
