Dear Parents, Carers and Pupils,

Welcome back! We hope you have had a lovely summer holiday.

This term, our main topics are: History - How did the Maya civilisation compare to the Anglo-Saxons? and Art - Drawing: I need Space.

In English, we will be writing a narrative and an information text using the book The Jamie Drake Equation by Christopher Edge as inspiration.

In maths, we will focus on place value, continuing to addition and subtraction with 6 digit numbers, and then multiplication and division.

PE days will be Wednesdays and Fridays - please ensure that your child has the correct, named school PE kit on these days.
