SNOW WORK

SNOW WORK

Tiny crystals of ice that fall to Earth are called snow. A crystal is a solid substance that has flat surfaces and sharp corners. Snowfall is made up of both single ice crystals and clumps of ice crystals. The clumps are called snowflakes.

Your task is to create an information page all about SNOW! It must include the following:

  • How snow is formed.
  • Where snow falls in the world.
  • What the effects of snow are.
  • The different shapes of snowflakes.

Make sure you include a catchy title, a labelled diagram or illustration and key facts, which cover the points above.

Silver or gold stars will be awarded to the most informative and creative piece of work!

Good luck and enjoy the snow!
