Wellbeing Activities

Good mental health as well being is very important and something that we take very seriously at Stokenchurch. Current events and changes to routine can affect all of our mental health, so please look after yourselves and keep an eye out for any changes.

 

There are some resources and activities for you to try below. Please let us know via email or Tapestry if there is any more specific information, resources or support you would like and we will do our best to help.
